Scheduling 

When booking any appointment with us we require a credit card on file

(this will only be for us if a late cancellation or no show has to be applied) 

No Show 

If we do not receive a call, voicemail or email from you regarding your appointment and you do not show, your card on file will be charged the full amount. If your card does not process you will be responsible for this payment before booking another appointment with us. 

Cancellation 

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy (you will receive a text notification about your appointment 72 hours in advance) if you do not call us to reschedule or cancel within this time it would be considered a late cancellation. 

Late Cancellation 

After 48 hours it is considered a late cancellation and 50% of the total is required to book another appointment with us (we will use the credit card on file. If the payment does not go through your account will be flagged and you will be responsible for this payment prior to booking your next appointment.
